- Conduct thorough physical examinations and gather medical histories to evaluate donor suitability
- Maintain open communication with donors to foster trust and ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify and manage donor injuries and adverse events, taking prompt action when necessary
- Deliver informative sessions on general health topics and counsel donors on unfavorable test results
You'll also be responsible for maintaining confidentiality, raising awareness about potential hazards, and implementing the employee Hepatitis Vaccine program.
