As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), your primary responsibilities will include:
• Performing physical examinations and establishing donor medical history to determine donor suitability
• Building rapport with donors to ensure overall customer satisfaction
• Ensuring donor and staff confidentiality
• Providing education and counseling to donors regarding their health, and providing counseling regarding unacceptable test results
• Evaluating & managing donor injuries and adverse events
• Performing evaluations of any history of illness or medications to ensure continued donor suitability
• Assisting in employee training
• Administering employee Hepatitis Vaccine program

Qualifications
- Educated and currently certified/licensed in the state of employment and according to state requirements as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocation Nurse with current CPR certification required.
