About the Job
As a Center Medical Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Performing physical examinations and establishing medical histories to determine donor suitability
- Building rapport with donors to ensure overall customer satisfaction
- Maintaining donor and staff confidentiality
- Providing donor education and counseling regarding general health and unacceptable test results
- Evaluating and managing donor injuries and adverse events
Job Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be educated and currently certified/licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the state of employment
- Hold current CPR certification
