Donor Care Specialist Role Overview
This position involves assessing donor suitability, educating donors about health best practices, and building strong relationships to maintain a positive experience.
You will perform physical examinations, establish medical history, and evaluate any history of illness or medications to determine continued donor suitability.
Additionally, you will be responsible for assisting in employee training, administering the Hepatitis Vaccine program, and evaluating and managing donor injuries and adverse events.
