As an LPN/LVN at Grifols, you will be responsible for performing physical examinations and establishing medical histories to determine donor suitability.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform physical examinations and establish medical histories to determine donor suitability
- Build rapport with donors to ensure overall customer satisfaction
- Evaluate and manage donor injuries and adverse events
- Provide donor education regarding general health and counsel on unacceptable test results
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be tasked with ensuring donor and staff confidentiality, providing awareness of potential hazards, and administering the employee Hepatitis Vaccine program.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must be educated and currently certified/licensed in the state of employment as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse. Current CPR certification is also required.
