Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Performing physical examinations and establishing medical histories
- Evaluating donor suitability and determining eligibility for donation
- Building rapport with donors to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring donor awareness to potential hazards
- Providing donor education and counseling on test results
In addition to these core responsibilities, the successful candidate will also have the opportunity to participate in employee training programs and administer employee Hepatitis Vaccine programs.
