About the Job
We are seeking a skilled Medical Professional to join our team at a plasma donation center. In this role, you will perform physical examinations and establish medical histories to determine donor suitability.
As a Medical Specialist, you will build rapport with donors to ensure overall customer satisfaction and maintain confidentiality throughout the process. You will also provide education on potential hazards and counsel donors on general health and test results.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will evaluate and manage donor injuries and adverse events, conduct evaluations of medical histories, and assist in employee training programs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Requirements
- Educated and certified/licensed in the state of employment as a Registered Nurse.
- Current CPR certification required.
