As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in enhancing donor health and safety while supporting the collection of plasma needed for innovative medical treatments. Your responsibilities will include evaluating and managing donor suitability, providing education, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to be educated and currently certified/licensed in the state of employment and according to state requirements as an Advanced EMT, Paramedic, Licensed Practical Nurse, Licensed Vocation Nurse, or Registered Nurse. You will also need current CPR certification and excellent communication skills. Additionally, you must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
