In this role, you will perform physical examinations and establish medical histories to determine donor suitability. You will also ensure donor and staff confidentiality, provide education on general health, and counsel on unacceptable test results. Additionally, you will assist in employee training and be responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of state requirements as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Paramedic.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
This position requires exposure to electrical office and laboratory equipment, as well as personal protective equipment such as protective eyewear, garments, gloves, and cold gear. A strong background in patient care, communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
