Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading Continuous Process Improvement initiatives across the organization and Grifols network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, execute, and monitor opportunities to improve operational processes.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive process improvements that enhance costs, quality, production, and service.
- Assess challenges, metrics, effectiveness of operational processes for improvement in business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing effective processes, procedures, and solutions to meet business needs.
Requirements
- 4-year college degree in business or manufacturing required.
- Prior training and certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt in root cause investigations is required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of safety, quality, and manufacturing programs.
