Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough medical evaluations and create detailed patient records
- Maintain positive relationships with donors to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Protect confidential information regarding donors and staff
- Develop and deliver educational content on general health topics and provide guidance on unfavorable test results
- Manage and mitigate risks associated with donor injuries and adverse reactions
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance employee knowledge and skills
