Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical examinations and medical history assessments
- Develop and maintain relationships with donors to ensure their satisfaction and well-being
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Identify and address potential hazards and take corrective action
- Provide education on general health and wellness and counsel donors on unacceptable test results
- Manage and investigate donor injuries and adverse events
- Assess donor suitability based on medical history and current conditions
- Participate in employee training and development programs
Qualifications:
Must have current licensure and certification as a Licensed Practical Nurse, Licensed Vocation Nurse, with CPR certification.
