About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our Industrial team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cold calling, prospecting, building relationships with new and existing customers, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate and detailed information on leads and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute targeted sales strategies.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to ensure a smooth transition through the sales pipeline.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
The successful candidate will have:
- Bachelor's Degree or 5-7 years of outbound sales experience.
- Proven experience in utilizing an enterprise sales system in the industrial specialty chemicals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus.
