Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Food Truck Staff to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting in the preparation and serving of delicious food items from our food truck. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for the food industry.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders efficiently.
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and manage our POS system for order processing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food truck, including kitchen equipment and serving areas.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry, café, or grocery store setting is preferred but not required. SMILES ARE REQUIRED
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor to engage customers effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with upselling techniques is a plus.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- A passion for food preparation and customer service is essential.
