Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting with food orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area and dining room ensuring all stock is properly displayed.
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist in restocking shelves and managing inventory levels to ensure product availability.
Experience
- Previous experience in restaurants or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Experience with POS systems is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
