Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Plant Performance Improvement Manager to join our team at Grillo's Pickles. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and maintaining a high-performing maintenance team to achieve site performance targets for uptime, equipment reliability, and overall equipment efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and direct monthly, weekly, and daily maintenance activities to meet manufacturing requirements while controlling labor and material costs.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees across departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Create and execute comprehensive maintenance plans to ensure facility and equipment uptime, reduce waste, and minimize repair costs.
- Work closely with the purchasing department to source spare parts and materials in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; 5 years of maintenance leadership experience preferred.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills; ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Experience managing complex maintenance operations, including equipment troubleshooting and repair.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to drive improvements.
