You will be accountable for meeting daily and weekly automation Control goals, while also meeting quality, accuracy, and safety objectives. As an Automation Controls Supervisor, you will join an Automation Controls team that consists of automation, control, electrical, mechanical, and reliability engineering disciplines. What you will need:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation or related focus.
- Minimum of 5 years of Automation Engineering experience.
- Minimum of 2 applicable certifications (Rockwell Automation, FANUC, NFPA, UL etc.).
- Experience in training and mentoring team members
- Experience with Rockwell Automation products.
- Ability to travel occasionally to Grimmway facilities as needed.
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to comprehend, read, write, and communicate proficiently in English.
- A valid Driver’s License with a clean DMV driving record.
- Pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen, physical and functional capacity evaluation.
What will set you apart:
- Master’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Lean or Six Sigma Black Belt
- Food and Beverage background
- Bilingual English/Spanish
Benefits
Total Rewards: $90,000 - $100,000 / YEAR
- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
