What you will need:
- Six months as Packaging Machine Operator – Level 1 experience or equivalent.
- General computer knowledge in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office.
- A valid Driver’s License with a clean DMV driving record.
- Pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen, physical and functional capacity evaluation.
What will set you apart:
- Knowledge of safety issues and uses safe practices in use of hand tools and power tolos.
- Basic knowledge of bearings, sprockets, motors, gearboxes, conveyors, belting, and rollers.
- Basic knowledge on operations of all packaging line equipment.
- Familiarity with automation shop environment.
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish.
- Ability to read and understand written information in English.
