What you will need:
- Bi-lingual, English/Spanish with the ability to speak in both.
- Able to work weekends depending on business needs.
- Have a valid driver’s license with a clean DMV driving record.
- Pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen.
What will set you apart:
- High school diploma or GED
- College level courses or bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in farming operations
- Prior supervisory or equivalent experience
- Prior experience in operation of farming equipment
- Ability to communicate with all levels of employees.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Total Rewards: $66,560 / YEAR SALARY
- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
