Maintenance Tech C is considered entry level maintenance with a mechanical aptitude and ability to learn general maintenance at an excelled ability. What you will need:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in an environment that required mechanical abilities.
- Mechanical aptitude to learn how to conduct routine repairs of machinery and processing equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to learn how to utilize at a variety of hand and power tools, meters, and material handling equipment.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean DMV driving record.
- Pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen, physical and functional capacity evaluation.
What will set you apart:
- Certifications in welding, plumbing or maintenance/mechanical.
- Ability of operate a forklift.
- Ability to be taught minor welding/soldering skills.
- Able to utilize various hardware/software formats and/or learn quickly how technology drives machinery.
- A demonstrated desire to learn and grow with a deep understanding/appreciation of asking for direction and guidance.
- Be flexible and operate under stressful situations
