What you will need:
- 5 years of farm management experience, including the supervision of labor and direct involvement in the business side of the industry
- Ability to work in Imperial Valley or immediate surrounding area.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees.
- Computer literacy
- Ability to work weekends during certain seasons.
- A valid Driver’s License and clean DMV driving record.
- Pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen, physical, and functional capacity evaluation.
What will set you apart:
- Four-year college degree in a related major preferred but not required in lieu of direct experience.
- Bi-lingual in English/Spanish.
Benefits
Total Rewards: $90,000 – $120,000 / YEAR
- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
