What you will need:
- 4 years of experience in farm management and livestock husbandry, including supervising labor and engaging in the business aspects of the industry
- Computer literate and have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs.
- Available to work weekends depending on business needs.
- Able to travel overnight, occasionally.
- A valid Driver’s License with a clean DMV driving record.
- Pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen, physical, and functional capacity evaluation.
What will set you apart:
- Four-year college degree in a related major preferred, but not required in lieu of direct experience.
Benefits
Total Rewards: $110,000 - $140,000 / Yearly Salary
- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
