What you will need:
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Able to work overtime and weekends depending on business need.
- Flexible and be available to work any shift.
- Able to travel both local and out of state to support Grimmway’s Shipping Operations (this position is seasonally located in Westmorland, CA for 4-6 months and Pasco, WA for 4-6 months).
- Bi-lingual, English/Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write in both.
- A valid Driver’s License with a clean DMV driving record.
- Pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen, physical and functional capacity evaluation.
What will set you apart:
- Good communication skills and able to interact with people of all levels with respect and professionalism.
- Be trainable in Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and other duties.
- Ability to multi-task in an ever changing, fast paced work environment.
- Able to work well under pressure and have a high attention to detail.
- Good understanding of company policies and procedures.
