As we continue to expand our digital presence, we’re seeking a talented Digital Designer to elevate our marketing efforts through high-quality design work across email and paid social advertising.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative and strategic digital designer with at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing design, specializing in email design and paid social ads (Meta : Facebook & Instagram). You will collaborate closely with our eCommerce, marketing, and creative teams to bring our brand to life through engaging digital content. This role is primarily based in-office, some hybrid scheduling is possible.

Key Responsibilities Email Design & Execution (eCommerce Marketing Calendar)

Design visually compelling and conversion-optimized emails for Grinds’ eCommerce marketing calendar, aligning with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
Translate marketing briefs into engaging email designs , incorporating best practices for deliverability, readability, and engagement.
Work within email marketing platforms (Klaviyo preferred) to design responsive, mobile-friendly emails.
Create and optimize email templates that allow for easy iteration across multiple campaigns.
Collaborate with copywriters and marketing leads to ensure cohesive messaging and branding in email campaigns.

Paid Social Ad Design (Meta : Facebook & Instagram)

Develop eye-catching ad creatives for paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram).

Design a variety of static ads, animated graphics, and short-form video content that drive clicks and conversions.

Work closely with the digital team to iterate on ad designs based on analytics and test different creative variations .

Maintain a deep understanding of platform-specific ad specs and best practices to ensure optimized creative execution.

Contribute to the development of landing page assets that align with ad campaigns for a cohesive user experience.

General Digital Design & Brand Support

Ensure all digital assets adhere to Grinds’ established brand guidelines , maintaining a consistent look and feel across emails, paid ads, and other marketing materials.

Match the visual style of existing email designs and paid social creatives while introducing fresh, on-brand concepts that align with campaign goals.

Maintain a deep understanding of Grinds’ color palette, typography, imagery, and design principles to create cohesive digital assets.

Stay up to date with design trends and digital marketing best practices while ensuring all assets remain true to the Grinds brand identity.

Provide design support for website updates, promotional campaigns, and additional digital content needs as required.

Who You Are

3 years of digital design experience , preferably in eCommerce or CPG (consumer packaged goods).

Proven portfolio of email and paid social ad design work.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD / Figma)

Experience working within Klaviyo (or similar email marketing platforms).

Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines .

Comfortable in fast-paced environments and working on small, close-knit teams
