Laborer/Helper

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer/Helper to join our team. This role is essential in supporting various tasks across different projects, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

• Assist skilled tradespeople in various tasks as needed, including construction, maintenance, and repair work.
• Perform general labor duties such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team efforts to complete projects on time.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
• Help with loading and unloading materials from trucks or delivery vehicles.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.

Requirements

• Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on the job site.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
• Previous experience in construction or manual labor is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on various tasks as needed.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a positive attitude towards work.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $100.00 - $150.00 per day

Expected hours: 40 per week
