Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the development of scalable, innovative solutions for GRIP's platform. You will work closely with our Engineering Manager, Product team, and stakeholders to design and implement cutting-edge features, ensure system reliability, and mentor junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-stack development efforts, focusing on the GRIP platform's scalability, performance, and user experience.
- Collaborate with the Product team to define requirements, design architecture, and execute feature development.
- Implement and optimize integrations with third-party APIs to enhance platform capabilities.
- Build and refine the backend infrastructure, ensuring seamless data workflows and automation.
- Develop robust frontend solutions that provide dealerships with actionable insights.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Ensure high-quality code through reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes to meet project timelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Python, Node.js, JavaScript (React, Angular, or similar frameworks), and SQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with data science concepts and behavioral analytics.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
- Passion for solving complex problems and delivering high-impact solutions.
- Prior experience in automotive tech or CRM products is a plus but not required.
