Job Description

GripEdge Tools is seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer / Photographer to join our dynamic team (80% Graphic Design / 20% Photography). The successful candidate will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that showcases our products, enhances our brand identity, and engages our audience across various platforms. This is a work in office employment opportunity, (not remote).

Responsibilities :

Graphic Design : Develop and create visual content for digital and print media, including social media graphics, website banners, product packaging, brochures, and advertisements.
Photography : Conduct product photography sessions in our GripEdge Studio, including styling, shooting, and editing images to highlight the features and benefits of our tools.
Branding : Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all materials.
Collaborative Projects : As part of the marketing team, you will work closely with the marketing project manager and website developer to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality visuals that meet their needs. Content Management : Organize and maintain a library of visual assets for easy access and use by the team. Innovation : Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the quality and impact of visual content.
Handle graphic projects from start to finish
Develop and maintain image library files
Coordinate with outside agencies and services as needed
Submit rough layouts for project approval

Qualifications :

Proven experience as a graphic designer and photographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom).

Solid understanding of photography techniques, lighting, and post-processing.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to take creative direction and execute projects independently.

Previous experience in graphic design or other related fields

Knowledge of design and photo-editing software

Possess graphic design portfolio

Deadline and detail-oriented

Bonus Skills

Experience in video editing and motion graphics.

Knowledge of web design and user experience principles.

Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation strategies.
