Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and self-motivated Electro-Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic engineering firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both electrical and mechanical engineering, with the ability to design, build, and maintain electro-mechanical systems for a variety of clients. This role involves working on innovative projects, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop electro-mechanical systems, components, and products.
- Create detailed engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Conduct feasibility studies and perform simulations to validate designs.
- Collaborate with other engineers and customers to integrate electrical and mechanical systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electro-mechanical systems.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Provide technical support and guidance to other team members and customers.
- Some travel may be required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of and experience with electrical and mechanical systems, components, and principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
Skills:
- Experience with PLC/HMI programming and automation systems.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and related software.
- Moderate proficiency in Fanuc robot programming.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and materials.
- Control cabinet building is a strong plus.
- Experience with code-based languages (Structured Text, C , Java, VBA) is a plus.
- Experience programming CNC NC code is a plus.
- Experience programming Fanuc PMC is a plus.
