The Grist Mill Exchange, an innovative data marketplace for government, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development and Partnerships Specialist to join our team to enhance our rapid growth and expansion within Domestic and International Markets. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to leverage their experience and focus their talents on revenue and lead generation with new customers, partners, and data providers. As such, this position will support the Vice President of Provider Development.

- Work with leadership to create and execute strategic outbound campaigns targeting new partners and data providers.
- Collaborate with marketing to create impactful messaging that resonates with prospects across domestic and international verticals.
- Engage with and support existing partners to accelerate and maximize recurring revenue.
- Capture and articulate data requirements gathered from prospects and customers to ensure successful engagements and partnership efforts.
- Manage and update CRM system to accurately reflect progress in moving opportunities through an established sales pipeline.
- Support business development activities by attending industry tradeshows and networking events.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working for a technology-related company with a focus on business development, pipeline generation, and/or customer success.
- Experience with relevant industry tools and processes in the areas of CRM, lead generation, and internal/external communication.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present a compelling value proposition to various audiences in a digestible manner.
- Ability to work across functional teams to maximize productivity and achieve objectives.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Prior experience in data and/or government market(s) preferred.
- Experience within Federal Government or National Security is ideal but not required.
