Description
The referral coordinator plays a key role in the daily operations of our office. Be ready for a fast-paced environment with heavy phone interaction, a lot of multi-tasking, and to love the relationships you'll be building with our clients and caregivers. Previous experience in home care is preferred.
Essential Functions
- Assist clientele with caregiver referrals based on their requested services needs
- Develop strong relationships with caregivers and clients to ensure outstanding client satisfaction.
- Participate in the caregiver recruitment and screening process.
- Conduct telephone intakes with new and/or potential clients.
- Perform initial home visit with potential clients to explain referral services, and obtain signed intake document as needed.
- Participate in internal audits of files to meet all company, state, and federal quality and compliance standards.
- Complete marketing home visits with new/existing clients as needed.
- Required to be on-call on a rotating basis.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
