Job Summary:
Griswold Cuyahoga/Lorain is currently seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals for a Part Time Healthcare/Medical role in North Olmsted, Ohio. This is an individual contributor role with flexible weekend schedules. Join our team and earn the highest rates for weekend work!
Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $18 to $22 per hour, paid weekly. Weekends pay $20-$22 per hour. We schedule clients around YOUR needs. This is a WEEKEND position, but YOU choose the hours that work best for you!
Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate care to clients, assisting with tasks such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Must be able to work weekends
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in healthcare or caregiving preferred
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must pass all background and drug screenings
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
