Responsibilities:
- Daily Living Support: Provide essential support including mobility assistance, personal care, and hygiene.
- Strength and Endurance: Assist with lifting, transferring, and positioning clients safely and comfortably.
- Engagement: Participate in meaningful activities and conversations to enhance the lives of our clients.
- Household Management: Keep the environment clean and safe with light housekeeping duties.
- Quick Thinking: Address challenges and emergencies with decisive and calm action.
Griswold Requirements:
- Preferred 6 months caregiving experience
- Legally able to work in the United States
- Valid driver’s license and current car insurance
- Able to pass criminal background checks
- At least two professional references who can vouch for your work ethic and experience
