Griswold Home Care for Lehigh Valley is currently seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as a Direct Care Worker Weekend Warriors. As part of this role, you will provide essential Direct Care Worker services to clients in the Bethlehem, PA area. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of Senior residing in our communities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living
- Provide personal care and hygiene assistance
- Support clients with mobility and transportation
- Monitor and report any changes in client's health status
Requirements:
- Must have at least 1 year experience working with the elder population
- Must have Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Empathetic, positive attitude, great communication skills, and compassion for others
- Can pass a criminal background check.
- At least 2 professional references who can speak to your experience as a caregiver or work history.
Compensation:
$14 - $16 per hour

Pay: 14.00 to 16.00 per hour
Shifts available: Weekends long and short shifts available DAYS, EVENINGS, AND OVER NIGHTS.
We're looking for compassionate individuals who are passionate about providing quality care for seniors and individuals with disabilities. Responsibilities include providing personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
Job Duties:
Assistance with activities of daily living, including client engagement, bathing, grooming, toileting, transferring, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, documentation, personal care, companion care, and home making services.
Griswold Expectations Include:
- Empathetic, positive attitude, great communication skills, and compassion for others
- Must have 1 year caregiving experience.
- Must have valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
- Can pass criminal background checks.
- At least two professional references who can speak to your experience as a caregiver or work history
