As a Caregiver / Home Care Aide (HCA) with Griswold, you will provide essential in-home care services to seniors and individuals in need. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, mobility, toileting).
- Provide companionship and engage clients in activities.
- Prepare simple meals and assist with feeding as needed.
- Transport clients to appointments, errands, and activities.
- Monitor client well-being and report changes to the care team.
Minimum Requirements:
2-3 years of professional caregiving experience
Registered on the CA Home Care Aide Registry (includes state & FBI fingerprint background check)
TB Clearance (per CA Health & Safety Code 1796.45)
Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Vehicle (for client transportation)
Vehicle Insurance & Registration
Strong compassion, patience, and a positive attitude
Ability to lift and transfer clients safely
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Caregiver, CNA, or HHA
CPR & First Aid Certification
Available Schedules:
- 10-hour shifts & 12-hour shifts
- Monday to Friday, Morning & Day Shifts
- Weekends & Holidays optional
- On-Call Shifts
