Pay: $14.00-$16.00 an hour depending on experience

We acknowledge that a bad client match can impact your satisfaction. Our priority is to ensure matches that foster positive and enduring relationships.

Transparency in scheduling is our promise. We understand your concerns about client retention, hours, and avoiding external jobs. We collaborate to maintain your schedule, especially in sensitive cases. Our focus is on enhancing care quality. We offer avenues for skill development to elevate patient care.

Requirements:

• Emphatic, positive attitude, great communication skills, and compassion for others
• Preferred 6 months care giving experience
• Legally able to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license and current car insurance
• Can pass criminal background checks
• At least two professional references who can speak to your experience as a caregiver or work history
