This is a part-time, hourly position in the healthcare / medical field, located in Camden County, New Jersey. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and quality care to clients in their homes. Compensation & Benefits : The compensation for this position ranges from $17.50 to $24.50 per hour. - Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Monitor clients' care and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate parties
- Help prepare meals and assist with feeding, if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients
- Engage clients in meaningful activities and provide companionship
- Maintain documentation and communicate regularly with the care team
- Adhere to all policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations, related to caregiving and client care Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to undergo a background check
