In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for clients and caregivers, managing on-boarding, scheduling, employee files, and ensuring excellent service. - Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and complete background checks
- Maintain organized employee files
- Assist with scheduling shifts and filling open positions

- Rotate on-call duties for continuous care Qualifications :
- High school diploma (GED) required; HR or staffing experience preferred
- Caregiving experience a plus
