Compensation : $44,000 - $45,000 per year You'll play a vital role in our mission by :
- Matching clients with caregivers to ensure exceptional care standards.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and caregivers.
- Conducting retention visits for seamless transitions.
- Efficiently managing billing and payroll on a weekly basis.
- Performing comprehensive assessments to understand clients' unique needs.
- Support our diverse census of clients and care staff with respect and compassion.
