Compensation : $60,000 - $70,000 base salary, plus additional commission, cellphone stipend, and monthly auto allowance What we expect :
- Unearth and nurture potential leads through a blend of digital platforms, phone outreach, and face-to-face interactions.
- Educate clients, families, and local communities about our services, ensuring crystal-clear comprehension of how we elevate their quality of life.
- Forge connections with local communities, senior centers, and healthcare facilities to champion our services and forge strategic partnerships.
- Autonomously juggle office-based duties and community engagement efforts with finesse.
- Maintain meticulous records of referral information.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the team to streamline client intake and transitions.

- Preferred : Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in home care is advantageous.
- Proficiency in a spectrum of marketing strategies including email, social media, content creation, and advertising.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
- Exceptional communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a proactive mindset.
