Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to providing exceptional support in a fast-paced office environment. This role involves managing various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and supporting both staff and clients effectively.
Responsibilities
- Provide clerical support, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Maintain organized office systems to ensure efficient workflow.
- Assist with customer support inquiries, addressing concerns and providing solutions promptly.
- Manage schedules, appointments, within our CRM system; Jobber communicate effectively with our team members as needed.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial tracking and reporting tasks.
- Serve as a personal assistant to the Director of Operations and Owner when required.
- Support office management tasks such as inventory control and supply ordering.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
- Familiarity with Jobber is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong customer support skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Previous experience within a plumbing company or an office management role is advantageous but not required (1 year preferred).
