The Griswold Public Schools are now accepting applications for substitute teachers for the 2024/2025 school year. If you are interested in substitute teaching, please complete the online application for consideration. We accept applications throughout the school year and hire as needed for GES, GMS, GHS, and Griswold Soule Street Academy. This is a great opportunity for those who may have availability during the day and who wish to earn extra money. This position follows the Griswold Public Schools' calendar for student days.
Qualifications For Substitute Teaching Are As Follows
Substitute Teachers - Certified - $125.00 per day
Substitute Teachers with a Bachelor's degree - $120.00 per day
Substitute Teachers without a Bachelor's degree - $115.00 per day (must complete waiver with the state for approval to sub without a degree). Details will be shared on this easy process. Must provide some experience working with school-aged children.
