Are you an organized and adaptable professional with a passion for caregiving looking to grow in your field? We’re looking for a Part-Time Care Coordinator & Caregiver to join our team! This unique role offers a mix of office-based care coordination duties and hands-on client caregiving, filling in on shifts as needed.

What we expect from you:

Care Coordinator Responsibilities (In-Office)

  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating caregiver shifts
  • Communicate with clients and caregivers to ensure quality service
  • Support administrative tasks related to clients/caregivers
  • Provide general office support as needed


Caregiver Responsibilities (As Needed, In-Field)

  • Provide direct care to clients on an as-needed basis, including assistance with daily living activities
  • Offer companionship and emotional support
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client care

You will be successful in the role if you have:

  • A current CNA, GNA, or CMT certification issued by the Maryland Board of Nursing (required for this role)
  • Previous experience in the home care industry and a strong desire to help others
  • Confident in all communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to pass all hiring criteria as defined by company standards and/or state regulations, along with reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and valid car insurance.
