What we expect from you:
Care Coordinator Responsibilities (In-Office)
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating caregiver shifts
- Communicate with clients and caregivers to ensure quality service
- Support administrative tasks related to clients/caregivers
- Provide general office support as needed
- Provide direct care to clients on an as-needed basis, including assistance with daily living activities
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Maintain accurate documentation of client care
- Flexible part-time schedule

- A current CNA, GNA, or CMT certification issued by the Maryland Board of Nursing (required for this role)
- Previous experience in the home care industry and a strong desire to help others
- Confident in all communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to pass all hiring criteria as defined by company standards and/or state regulations, along with reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and valid car insurance.
