Accounting Clerk
The Accounting Clerk is responsible for managing and recording financial transactions, maintaining organized documentation, and providing administrative support to the accounting and project management teams. This role is essential in ensuring accurate financial records, compliance with payment rights, and effective communication with stakeholders. The Accounting Clerk handles multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Operations:
- Enter accounts payable and receivable transactions into the Foundation accounting system.
- Reconcile discrepancies in accounts payable and receivables.
Documentation and Compliance:
- Update LevelSet with installer payments, lien waivers, accounts receivable invoices, and other required documents.
- Prepare and submit customer invoices, pay applications, and lien waivers.
Administrative Support:
- Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks to assist the accounting and project management teams.
- Provide professional customer support by answering phones and addressing inquiries.
- Support visitors and ensure a welcoming experience.
Quality Assurance:
- Review and verify financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
Additional Duties:
- Complete other assigned tasks to support organizational goals.
