Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities :
As an Entry-Level Outside Pest Control Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility is to connect directly with homeowners after knocking on their door, introducing them to our effective Pest Control solutions . Through these impromptu doorstep consultations , you’ll help families enhance their home's safety, cleanliness, peace of mind, and overall equity value.
Success in this role comes from building instant rapport, establishing trust, and communicating our value effectively—all within a short and positive conversation at their doorstep . Your persistence, professionalism, and product expertise will allow you to develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers, ultimately turning these cold leads into loyal lifelong clients.

Key Responsibilities :
Conduct door-to-door cold canvassing door-to-door to increase awareness of our cost-effective and high-quality pest control solutions.
Collaborate homeowners' afternoon and evening availabilities, including late afternoon and evening availability.
Commit to a seasonal summer work schedule from April through September (or comparable availability).
Educate homeowners on the benefits of our pest control services.
Participate in daily sales team meetings and training sessions to sharpen skills.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience through regular follow-ups.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly performance goals.
Who We’re Looking For :
No prior sales experience required—though a background in sales is definitely a plus!
Entry-level candidates, including high school graduates and college students, are strongly encouraged to apply.
Must be adaptable, resilient, and capable of handling daily rejection while remaining professional.
Availability for full-time hours (9-hour shifts) from April through September is required.
Strong communication skills are essential; bilingual proficiency is a bonus but not required.
Willingness to complete sales training and memorize scripts to enhance performance.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
Compensation & Benefits :
Estimated seasonal earnings : $55,000 - $70,000 (includes sign-on bonuses, advances, commissions, performance bonuses, and profit-sharing).
