Role Description/Day-to-day:

The Entry-Level Outside Pest Control Sales Consultant's main responsibility is to engage with homeowners directly at their homes, introducing them to effective pest control solutions. Through spontaneous doorstep consultations, you’ll help families improve the safety, cleanliness, structural integrity, comfort, and overall value of their homes. Your confidence in the value of our services will enable you to quickly build rapport, transforming new encounters into lasting connections in as little as 10 minutes at their doorstep. By leveraging your skills in trust-building, clear communication, persistence, and product expertise, you’ll develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects, ultimately converting cold leads into satisfied customers.

We commit to ensuring that our team receive 1-on-1 field training, proven scripting, and curated online and classroom training in order to see quick promotions and rapid self-development. We also offer an aggressive and diverse compensation package tailored to the applicant's experience, role qualifications, and interview performance that includes commissions, bonuses, raises, and profit-sharing. Qualified candidates will:

  • Leverage door-to-door cold canvassing to raise awareness about the affordability and effectiveness of our pest control solutions.
  • Adapt to homeowners' schedules by being available for late afternoon and evening consultations.
  • Dedicate yourself to a seasonal work schedule from April through September (or similar availability).
  • Inform and educate homeowners on the benefits of our pest control services.
  • Engage in daily sales team training sessions and meetings to continuously refine your skills.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience through consistent and thorough follow-ups.
  • Strive to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly performance metric goals.


Role Prerequisites:

  • No prior sales experience required—though it's a plus!
  • Entry-level candidates, including High School grads and College Students, are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Must be resilient in handling daily rejection and skilled in de-escalating hesitant prospects.
  • Full-time availability (9-hour shifts) from April through September is required at a minimum.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential; bilingual proficiency is a bonus but not mandatory.
  • Successful completion of sales training programs and script memorization.
  • Proven ability to perform consistently in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation are required.


Compensation Package:

Average seasonal expected earnings: $55,000-$70,000 includes advances, commissions, performance bonuses, and profit-sharing.
