Grither Paint & Body, Inc. is looking for an experience Collision Technician to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, hard working, quality minded Technician.

Responsibilities:
- Participate in developing a proper repair plan for each vehicle.
- Repair collision damaged vehicles according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
- Need to have the ability to Disassemble, Paint Prep., Mask, Priming, Buffing & Reassemble with little to no help.
- Be on time & ready to learn in a growing shop.
- Mostly own tools required.
- Work in harmony with the production schedule including meeting deadlines.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of collision repair experience preferred but willing to train.
- Ability to properly complete light to heavy repairs, including structural work.
- Above average quality focus.
- High production capabilities.

40 Hour work week
Weekly Pay
Full-time
Salary:
- Hourly w/Bonus - $23-$30 hourly depending on experience and production.
- Flat rate pay (We charge insurance for every tenth we have $21-$24 or more depending on Experience).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
