Mana Supply Co. continues to see month-over-month growth in this still-maturing
Missouri market and is looking for a dedicated, full-time Client Support Specialist to join
the Missouri Sales and Marketing team. Ideally, you have a strong passion for people and the
plant. This is an essential role that will work cross-functionally with our leadership team, both
local and remote, to achieve our aggressive sales and marketing goals.
This position is both sales (client) and consumer (field marketing) focused. We are looking for
someone to help build excitement for our products with dispensary employees, their
management teams, and consumers/patients.
As Mana’s in-market lead, you will represent our brands at retail visits, in-store pop-ups, and
industry and consumer events. Additionally, this role must have an acute ability to identify sales
and merchandising opportunities, and garner insights from time spent with our dispensary
partners, patients and consumers. Success in this role means quickly and efficiently translating
this knowledge into actions.

be out in the Missouri market meeting, greeting, and befriending everyone, while helping to
grow our brands.
Key Responsibilities:
● Support and collaborate with the Vice-President of Sales to increase sales at each
assigned dispensary.
● Serve as in-person company representative responsible for dispensary staff, patient, and
consumer education to strengthen dispensary relationships
● Establish and maintain relationships with dispensary staff to position yourself as a true
brand partner
● Conduct ongoing retail visits within a defined territory
● Develop a deep understanding of our products
● At-times, will conduct in-store pop-up events
● Complete required event recaps and provide feedback on customer interactions, market trends, and suggestions for improving our outreach
● Visit potential new client locations to introduce our products and offerings, showcasing the benefits of partnering with us and supporting efforts to secure new accounts
● Familiarize yourself with local cannabis laws and regulations, as Mana is committed to promoting safe, responsible use
● Work collaboratively with the VP of Sales, other Client Support Specialists, and marketing.
Required Skills:
● Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to confidently speak one-on-one with clients, patients, consumers, etc.
● Honesty and a strong work ethic is essential
● Team player, but must be able to work independently and be self-motivated
● Strong organizational skills and the ability to independently manage a travel schedule
● Willing to learn new responsibilities and grow with the role as needed
● Creative, quick thinking to serve as a problem solver with a positive outlook
● Ability to work within Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Google tools
● Proven experience in sales, customer service, and field/event operations, preferably within the cannabis industry preferred but not mandatory
Job Demands/ Physical Requirements:
● Reliable Transportation – Must have own vehicle
● Must have a valid driver’s license
● Must have a reliable cell phone
● Must have a reliable vehicle
● Must pass a Federal Background check and obtain a Missouri Agent ID
● Ability to walk, sit and stand for extended periods of time
● Ability to lift objects weighing over 40 pounds
● Ability to perform bends, lifts and use repetitive motions, do stairs and at times rough terrain (ex: open fields/golf courses)

- Build staff relationships
- Ensure that current partner dispensary needs are met in terms of products being properly priced, displayed, stocked, and in compliance with brand standards, addressing any issues that might impact sales or brand perception.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to expand brand presence and shelf space within stores
- Collaborate with store managers and staff to implement product education as needed, and confirm sales promotions are happening correctly
- Gather insights about our products, providing regular feedback to Mana in order to optimize brand positioning
- Check digital menu listings for errors
● Develop a deep understanding of our products
- Effectively communicate product knowledge at retail and events
- Represent all company brands in a positive, energetic manner
● At-times, will conduct in-store pop-up events
- Events are typically held on evenings and/or weekends (most happening Thursday, Friday, and Saturday) and range from 3-6 hours per event (most events are 3 hours)
- Special events may be longer hours and run multiple days
