Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise nursing staff, ensuring compliance with facility policies and procedures.

- Conduct rounds to monitor patient needs, conditions, and concerns.
- Mentor, train, and evaluate nursing staff to foster professional growth.

Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Licenses/Certifications:

- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC).
- Optional:
