Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a passionate and customer-focused Sales Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest or experience in shooting sports, coupled with excellent Leadership, communication and sales skills.
Compensation: $18.00/hr plus sales commissions
Schedule: Varied with store hours and events
Store Hours:
Mon-Sat 10 AM-8 PM
Sun 10 AM-6 PM
Responsibilities:
- Lead our sales team to meet sales goals and provide world class customer service
- Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner
- Provide expert advice and product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchase decisions
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge
Requirements:
- Previous Leadership and retail/sales experience
- Knowledge or interest in shooting sports
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Basic understanding of firearm safety guidelines
