Gritter Francona, Inc. is seeking a Senior Communications Program Analyst to provide strategic communications, executive, program management support. The Employee will play a vital role in supporting health IT needs by providing essential information including decision aids, tools, and capabilities for leaders to make sound decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, strategic communications, and program analysis and will have excellent analytical skills and experience in a government or healthcare setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide analytical support for program management and strategic communications tasks ensuring alignment with mission and strategic goals.
  • Create executive-level reports and presentations to communicate business needs evaluation, strategic initiatives, multi-year planning, project progress, and outcomes to leadership.
  • Assist in the strategic planning, development, and implementation of communication strategies to enhance stakeholder engagement and information dissemination.
  • Utilize project management software to track project progress and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure project milestones are met and align with strategic goals, effective communication with stakeholders, and alignment with Capability Architectures and Business Frameworks.
  • Support Multi-Year Programming (MYP) processes, ensuring strategic alignment of IT investments and business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Healthcare Management, Communications, or related field.
  • 7 years of experience, including program management support, strategic communications, program analysis or relevant experience
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and/or MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
